At Leesburg Christian Academy, a student with disability does not have an individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended. We strive to provide a comprehensive education that balances religious instruction with traditional academics. Our experienced faculty and staff are dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where students can grow and learn.
Black, White, or yellow polo shirt. The shirts must be embroidered with the Leesburg Christian Academy logo. No skin or undergarments should be shown while wearing the LCA shirt. When arms are raised the shirt should still cover abdominal area. Shirts should be tucked at all times. It is encouraged that all students at least have a Black Leesburg Christian Academy shirt.
Uniform Bottoms should be navy blue, black, or khaki. Bottoms should be pressed with no wrinkles.
1. Slacks should fit the student properly. No low-waistline pants
2. Skirts, shorts, and capris should be 4” above kneecap. Loose fitted clothes are best.
3. Underwear should NOT be visible.
4. Undergarments must be worn at all times.
5. Jeans must meet the same requirements as the slacks
Close-toed shoes should be worn at all times. The students will have some form of physical education so it best to wear good support tennis shoes. Students should not wear flip-flops, sandals, boots, or wheelies. Your child will be sent home if they do not have on the proper shoes.
We believe hairstyles are a form of expression. The expression should NOT be a distraction to others. It should not fall into the eyes of the student and should not be high enough to block the view of other students. Bandanas, hats, or other head garments should not be worn during school hours.
1. No body piercing.
2. No tattoos or written statements/images on the body.
3. Jewelry should not be excessive or distracting.
School uniforms eliminates certain distractions and help students focus on learning. There's no peer pressure about the latest trends or competition. Parents are encouraged to support Leesburg Christian Academy to provide a safe environment for students. School uniforms are a physical example of unity in a diverse society.
Storm Make-up Days will be determined as needed.
